Eduardo De Santiago

Eduardo De Santiago serves as Outreach and Communications Specialist with PRM Consulting. Fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to the California-Mexico border region, Eduardo has experience building trust and rapport with individuals, families and youths.

Eduardo served in an intervention and outreach role with Centro 32, the Tijuana project of Families Belong Together, a non-profit organization that works for the integral well-being of migrant families. He created safe, supportive environments for students as a school program leader with SBCS San Diego. He has also served as a crisis support counselor for individuals and families throughout San Diego County affected by disasters like storms, floods, and mudslides, following FEMA, state and local guidelines.

A graduate of Universidad Humanitas, Eduardo has dedicated his career to supporting the well-being of diverse and underserved communities. As part of his commitment to engaging with people with disabilities, he recently earned certification in American Sign Language.
